Terms & Conditions UKTIPSTERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1) You must be 18 years of age to receive Horse Racing tips from UK Tipsters. 2) You must agree to the Terms and Conditions before before completing the registration form. 3) Your Subscription pays for information only. 4) UKTipsters will give out selections, but you must understand that there is a risk that you may win or lose money that is staked on selections. 5) UKTipsters take no responsibility for how much money you wish to risk. 6) UKTipsters are an advisory service only, it is up you to make the final decision to place a bet. 7) If you are found to be abusing any horse racing tips for a third party usage then UKTipsters will terminate your subscription. 8) If you are found to have provided any false information to UKTipsters or Paypal your subscription will be terminated. 9) We only accept payment through Paypal. 10) UKTipsters cannot veiw and will not receive any personnal information provided by you to Paypal. 11) Information provided to UKTipsters for Subscription purposes will not be passed on to a third party. 12) A subscription period is 7 days or multiples of 7 days. 13) A subscription period or multiple periods, will start as soon as payment is received and will finish at the same time at the end of the subscription period. 14) Subscriptions can be canceled at any time and refunds are calculated on whole periods of 7 days. 15) Member Benifits refund reqests, will only be given on recipt of proof (copy of your betting exchange account) that all UKTipsters selections for the 7 day subscription period were followed with minimum bets taken of £25.00 each. 16) UKTipsters connot be held responsible for any losses incurred by ISP (Internet Service Provider) connection failures. 17) UKTipsters do not guarantee selections every day. |
